It might be cliché but for this Valentine's Day, I wanted to remind you (and me) about one of the most important loves: loving yourself.

It is said that in order to love someone else you should first learn how to love yourself. Take care of your mind, take care of your soul, cherish every inch of your body, look in the mirror and say those 3 words: "I love you".
Sounds easy, yet for many it's difficult. But it's a journey and I hope that with this painting I can remind you of its importance ♡
