For me a flower, something that grows, it's beautiful, but you have to take care of it.That is, achievements, art, talent
And the butterfly, transforming from a larva into something more
Thanks to art
Into something beautiful but also much more delicate than the mentioned larva
And now this other aspect, but still connected
The way the head is positioned
It shows us the "human" side
The "normal" one
As if he was ashamed of this beautiful but strange side and wanted to fit in the crowd
At the same time, a flower on the head and tiny butterfly wings to the right next to the ear are still sprouting from it
Both beautiful
But they are only a fraction allowed into the light, the filtered part
They are beautiful, but are they as spectacular as the ones on the left?
However, they are more normal parts: a more real and complete image, each separate
Our brain registers them faster as what they are, but the ones on the left are something new, amazing
This may be exaggerated, but the golden elements and the general selection of colors remind me of kintsugi. Like he's trying to fix something that isn't broken
But this "human" side generally tells him to do it and submit
The image leaves us with the question of whether we are doing the right thing by subordinating ourselves to the environment and creating something according to some requirements, pressure, or external influence (...)
